By accessing or using TherapyForMinds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TherapyForMinds.

TherapyForMinds provides an online platform connecting users with mental health professionals in the United States. Our services include facilitating therapy sessions, providing mental health assessments, and offering related resources. TherapyForMinds is not a crisis service.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep this information updated.

The therapists available through our platform are independent licensed professionals. TherapyForMinds acts as a facilitator to connect you with these professionals but does not directly provide therapeutic services. The professional-client relationship is strictly between you and the therapist.

TherapyForMinds is not for medical emergencies or crisis situations. If you are experiencing a crisis, thinking about suicide, or believe you are a danger to yourself or others, please seek immediate help.

• Call 911 for emergency medical assistance.
• Contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) for mental health crises.

Appointments must be booked through our platform. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide notice in accordance with our cancellation policy, typically at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid being charged for the session.

Fees for therapy sessions are clearly stated before booking. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Refunds for cancellations are provided only if they adhere to our cancellation policy.

You agree to use TherapyForMinds only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

All content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces on TherapyForMinds are the property of TherapyForMinds or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

TherapyForMinds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform or services provided by independent therapists.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
